Who Runs This

The WholeTech Network is built and maintained as an independent publishing project out of Austin, Texas, with roots in the web going back to 1996 and the spring.com BBS — one of Austin's first online communities. Today, the network spans 110+ sites across 104 domains, all running on a single server.
